Cancellation Policy
Full refunds will be issued for the following reasons with documented proof
(a Doctor’s Letter or Death Certificate):
1) Sudden medical condition which prevents travel;
2) Death of the purchaser/partner;
3) Death in the family of purchaser/partner.
Refunds for other reasons before June 11, 2011 will be charged a $50.00 processing fee. There will be no refunds after June 11, 2011. A cancellation notice must be sent in writing and postmarked on or before June 11, 2011. No e-mail cancellation notices will be accepted.
Transfer of Tickets Policy
before May 31, 2011
Both combo and individual tickets are Non-Refundable. If any combo/ ticket holder
wishes to sell to another person, there must be 2 clearly typed or written
letters stating the names and addresses (both home and e-mail addresses) of
both the new combo/ticket holder and seller/giver. The 2 letters must be
individually notarized. The seller must send his/her copy to RAD before May
31, 2011. The Registration chairperson will contact both the new combo/ticket
holder and seller with a letter or confirmation concerning the transfer. Upon
arrival at the conference, the new combo/ticket holder must submit his/her
notarized letter; confirmation letter and ID card for proper verification to
Registration Chairperson. NO TRANSFERS are accepted after May 31, 2011.
You have read and agree to the terms of the layaway plan, cancellation policy and transfer of tickets policy when you pay the combo in full or the initial layaway deposit through PayPal.
